Inspired by Thirteen Ghosts, this immersive Halloween showcase brings the Black Zodiac to life through pole, aerial, and movement performances by the BSL4 team. Each instructor will embody a different ghost for one unforgettable night of haunting artistry, suspense, and expression.

Build your base. Expand your potential.
New to pole? Start here.
Foundations is a beginner pole series designed to take you from zero experience to a strong foundation. You’ll build strength, learn proper technique, and develop the control and confidence needed to progress in your pole practice.
No pole experience required.
Small-group instruction gives you hands-on coaching, individual feedback, and the opportunity to build your skills progressively each week.
Choose your cohort:
Saturdays at 10:00 AM with Flawless — Starting October 3
Sundays at 5:15 PM with Cocoa the Scientist — Starting October 4
