Still curious?
-
Start with Curiosity Lab, our introduction to pole experience. No previous pole or dance experience is required. You'll learn the basics in an intimate environment designed to help you get comfortable with the pole, your movement, and the Lab.
-
Pole Labs are intentionally limited to four to six movers. Our small-group model creates more room for individualized coaching, movement exploration, and meaningful progression.
-
No. Select group Labs, Private Study, workshops, series, and special experiences may be available without membership.
Membership is designed for those who want to make BSL4 part of their regular practice and includes additional access and studio privileges.
-
No. Open Lab is exclusively reserved for active BSL4 members.
Open Lab gives members dedicated time for independent practice, conditioning, freestyle, skill review, and movement exploration outside of coached Labs.
-
For pole, shorts are recommended because exposed skin helps you grip the pole. A fitted top, sports bra, or comfortable movement top works well.
For flow, floorwork, yoga, conditioning, and other experiences, wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Individual Lab descriptions may include additional recommendations.
-
Not at all. Strength, mobility, coordination, and technique are things we develop through practice.
Come as you are. We'll build from there.
-
Group Labs combine small-group instruction with the energy of practicing alongside other movers.
Private Study is completely individualized. Your coach can focus specifically on your goals, technique, progression, flow, or movement development.
-
Absolutely. BSL4 is supported by a multidisciplinary coaching team with different specialties, perspectives, and movement backgrounds.
We encourage you to explore. Your practice belongs to you—not to a single coach.
-
Please arrive early enough to be ready when your Lab begins. Because our sessions are intimate and progressive, late entry may be limited for safety and to avoid disrupting the experience.
Please review the applicable booking and cancellation policies before your visit.
-
Not necessarily. Membership benefits apply to eligible BSL4 programming. Guest instructors, specialty workshops, events, private instruction, rentals, and other specially priced experiences may require separate registration.
Members may receive preferred pricing or priority access to select BSL4-produced experiences depending on membership level.
